Got an emergency appointment through 111 and was seen the same day yesterday, the staff had a good energy to them (especially the reception and nurses) and the dentist I saw was a lovely lady (I cannot remember her name) who gave me antibiotics to treat the infection, she was very sweet and made you feel comfortable!
